One of the only drummers that I can tolerate using triggers. Trey, Hellhammer from dimmu and Inferno from Behemoth are 3 of the only good trigger drummers...speed kills, or in there case is just a tool of killing :D

this is not the best drummer in the world. Just because no-one can be the best drummer unless there is some kind of competition with categories: Blast beat, double bass, drum roll, gravity blast (what?) etc. But he is definitely one of the best, as everyone on this page knows that death metal has the best drumming and the most gifted drummers. But this fine player (don't know his name right now) seems to be having a lot of fun while doing his best.

that's a matter of taste. these are two very good produced albums. but i think drums sound better on depravity. the overall mastering is a bit better done on the new one as well but that's just my opinion.

I prefer a louder and more bass heavy production. The doublebass in Depravity doesn't hit hard enough and the overall mix is too low. Sucks when I'm jamming to a song from another CD/band and one of the songs from here comes on and I need to crank the volume up and my woofer.
