i know it sounds weird but R700 is probably one of the best snipers in the game that and the M40, M21...i dont call that sniping takes no skills at all, theres no recoil, semi automatic sniper = GET SKILL

you are retarded semi auto snipers take more skill i personally use all kinds but the m40 one hits every time with acog and stopping power the r700 one hits every time with stopping power as long as you don't hit them in the foot and it is really easy to hit someone with a sniper rifle

50 cal has more recoil than any other sniper the m21 is an assault rifle they put a sniper scope on so of course theres hardly recoil every sniper takes skill probably the most skilled is the 50 cal

The 50 cal is a one shot one kill sniper, if you are playing core and you use stopping power it's a one shot kill to anything from the waist up. You're right there's absolutely no recoil on the M21 almost; well not enough recoil on it anyways. I though would say that the Dragonuv would be the sniper that requires the most skill, that or the R700.
