They use what they have...My guess is the bearer of the rock is not the owner of the beamer, who prolly got the rim damage driving in Mexico, their roads being full of potholes of course. Again, due to having no money in the country, except for the few wealthy people. I think this is more of an emergency measure, than a "do it yourself" deal.
