as a boise resident this game made me incredibly proud of the school. this fiesta bowl and the '06 Texas / USC Rose bcs game are my two favorite bowl games of the bcs era, not necessarily in that order as i really can't decide. great video kid, but i hated the music. Well, I don't blame em, I mean, a year later Hawaii was undefeated and played Georgia in the Sugar Bowl. Georgia absolutely pounded them, 41-10. But that doesn't make it right. I'm always for those non-BCS schools to take down the powerhouses. A year ago Utah faced Alabama (My 3rd least favorite team, only to USC and Florida). Alabama completely underestimated them and Utah strolled to victory, 31-17. But still, the 2007 Fiesta Bowl remains the greatest game in the history of Football in my kind

Boise State 19 Oregon 8. This win should put the Broncos in the top 10, and then they can only hope that some of the top ranked teams get TWO losees, not one. Lesson from Utah last year is that they need to hope that top teams lose more than once.

Lesson to BCS conference schools: do not schedule tough OOC opponents, you are much better off playing Char. Southern, Troy, and Florida Int'l and then defending it by saying you have a tough conference schedule (which includes Vandy, Tenn & KY)
