c'mon man. I'm a Tool fan, but I enjoy this guys, too.

what's wrong with that? I like the style, if there are bands that play great songs in a certain style, it's better for us, the listeners. besides, "morganaVSmorgana" will not take Tool's audience away at all. every single person who listen to this guys loves Tool, so it's cool.

they admit the huge influence, so there's no "rip-off". ;)
