Those scripture are concerning the use of Manna and how there was a double portion on Friday, which by miracle of God didn't go rotten the next day (as all other days did)(see vs24-27). This wasn't about prohibiting cooking
Several commentaries point this out.
No where does it forbid cooking on the sabbath for personal consumption. Rather the Sabbath is a Joy and a Blessing to man!
For a great read search "How to Keep the Sabbath Day Holy UCG" in Google!
I like most of it, but the video footage at around 3:00 is not reflective of the Biblical Sabbath. The Scriptural Sabbath prohibits cooking (Exodus 16:5,23)--that's the purpose of preparation day. This lesson was driven home week by week (manna, manna, manna, manna, manna, double manna, no manna) for 40 years!
Awesome. Dramatic upgrade in quality! The predecessors are good, but this is fantastic.
Nice work.
One suggestion: Dave, if *everything* you say is dramatic and emphasized, then nothing is. Your vocal variety is so accentuated that sometimes I find myself tuning you out.
Perhaps if you had a more conversational tone (without sacrificing vocal variety), it would sound more natural and less like a sales pitch, which it borders on right now.
Shabbat is the best day of the week. I adore it.

Well done guys. Perhaps another take on this would be for people who may not be so stressed, but pursue emptiness. Keep it up!

Well done Dave and Jamie!
This is another very creative way of getting the message across, that God's Way of life is the best way.
Keep the creativity and excellent messages coming!

So great guys. The contrast of the stressful time when the Sabbath is not being kept with the time when it is being kept is great.
I agree with Mitch's thoughts as well.
Even with keeping the Sabbath, it is difficult to not be caught up in the stress filled nonstop lifestyle this world promotes.
I am looking forward to your next video, whenever it comes out. :) Thanks for all your hard work.
