@BoncoB Nope, they never fixed it. They replaced the back window (that has the diversity antenna), allegedly checked the antenna amp, checked all electrical connections in the car, took the whole head unit out and sent to a specialty radio repair and finally said it would cost $500-600 for me to get a re-built unit. I settled with them giving me a $500 service credit for any service at their shop. But the radio will still not work when the car is parked in the cold.
Did you ever find a solution to this problem? My NAV JBL radio (2005 Camry) - same system has tuning problems on both AM and FM - get stations but sound is muffled.
