Doesn't have to been the sexiest thing you have ever seen. The throw just has to be there in under 2.0 seconds. Nice toss Bryce.

@TheChemi No, a base runner can try to advance at any time (except when the ball is hit fowl). It's just easier to advance when the batter hits the ball. If he advances without the batter hitting the ball it's called "stealing" a base.
