in the fast version, people talks about they dosen't find music...here, they talk about they dosen't find your shoes...

Anyway, I like both versions. And is a good technique work to play in different speed. In this case, I think you can work a bit more in a slow speed. Your problem is not with fast things. I think you are having more problem here, but is just my oppinion. Good work.

It is not quite certain that bach didnt used heels,from sources we have information that Vogler his student used a too/heel technique we can assume that the heel must have been little involved as it was at the beginning

It is stylistic of the Baroque period. The same holds for Buxtehude as well.

hey man, nice job. the only thing i can say (my organ teacher tells me to do the same thing) is to use your ankles more, like you would when you press on the gas when driving. Its hard to do when you're doing that that fast, but it uses less energy compared to moving your whole leg up and down. NICE JOB!!!
