Woah..... thats a lot of flat land! I live on a river bank close to where it empties into the the ocean. Most of the houses directly on the bank are built on pilings after the massive floods in 55. How was the weather while you were there? Hope you had a great time!

We had a great time!! Except my new vid. camera wasn't as waterproof as it said it was and my Ipod died.

Was 3 mil ..now 1 mil will do LOL..
About 50% of the houses are for sale.. Last year I was there almost none!!! Nice friendly place ..very quiet!! desolate at times.. no crowds.
The open spots? A hurricane a couple years ago did that!! Once was all full of Houses..

Yeah that was kind of a dig I took at the place..All those zillon dollar houses are now a whole lot cheaper..LOL
