This was their first ever single I think. Simon Townsend ("Simon Townsend's Wonderworld" - a kid's afternoon tv show on TEN Network Sydney Australia) assisted them by creating a video clip played on the show. It was taped at the Sydney Cricket Ground and consisted the band members running around with Simon Townsend's dog (Woodrow the bloodhound) and holding photos of Simon Townsend.
This clip is my favourite of the whole lot. Thanks alot. They're awesome in the pub gigs. It's really laid back, up close, and personal. I attest for 1993 gig in Brisbane.
Well I don't remember the 60s, but from what I read the Gold Coast was certainly alive and kicking in the 60s, although not as big as it is now :). I do however remember that it was a tourist spot in the 1970s, so I was just responding to johann99's odd comment
Not that this is relevant all that much to INXS clip, which was why I was here in the first place...
How KICK ASS!

NXS released their first single, "Simple Simon"/"We Are the Vegetables", in Australia and France in May 1980.

Did 'Just Keep Walking" ensue with their self-titled or as a single?

Really? Thats a load - maybe you didn't exist in 1980, thats why you can't remember it. It's been a tourist nitespot since the 60s
