I remember watching ur first video and how prepared u were for the Protocol. Then I recall ur photos from the bathroom and how u changed. U really started out with a LOT to lose, but here it is and u are down and keeping the pounds off. I know u will help others to see that they can do this if they DON'T quit.

Yes once I finish this round, I will enjoy Christmas with my family. My goal is to get to 132 by then. Then in January, I will start round 9 and I should reach my final goal of 124.
