Even though I prefer the Ocean dub of this I found Funimations dub for this movie to be good, Funi's voice actor for Garlic Jr. is amazing, just listen to his speech at 14:30 great stuff, kudos to Funimation on this one and I'll be checking out their dubs for World's Strongest and Tree of Might, I found this dub to be quite enjoyable, thanks for uploading.

The creator spent years building up the hype about Gohan being the strongest, or at least had the potential, and it finally came to a head during the cell games. But right after it the conclusion of that saga Toriyama, either to to laziness or uncreativeness, he reverted back to Goku being the most important character and saving everyone.

@mattmascoe08 He could have done so much with Gohan and the rest of the Z Fighters, but didn't live up potential. If he had decided to go in the direction he intended to, at least in my opinion, we would have had a wealth of complex characters and could have potentially been even more popular. Like Krillin and Yamcha, they were my favorites, but after Dragon Ball they were essentially made into straight guys and weaklings to further the perception that Goku has to save everyone.
