Fix healthcare through getting government out of it. Private accounts in energy investemnt works. You invest money into a Nuclear,geothermal,solar,wind,and tide. The revenues from the plants will go to you. This is endless,because you can get a energy standard like a gold standard. To fix the cost make it more competitive,tort reform,get rid of the FDA,and make it so insurance companies can only make $100 per person. Than from there you get rid of managed care and let the private sector run it.
