I can see your argument. But as a trainer and ex phys guy, I do feel there is a huge disconnect from science and actual movement. Anyway, I am dying to get a hold of one of these machines. Anyone have any info?
@clig76 there is no disconnect between the sciences of physiology,anatomy and actual movement,its straigthforward .Its not an argument its a fact.How can you train anyone and not know that.
theres no isolation going on here,nor would you want to isolate individual muscles in the core.Whoever posts these vids is an absolute halfwit regardless of who they train.Athletes in general havent a clue about exercise science
How often should I do these abdominal exercises? Everyday?

Good stuff. We use the side to side ab work you show. We have not used the first two exercises. Very cool stuff.

I believe it is manufactured by Samson, but there are a lot of manufacturers who make that particular apparatus.
