That is a nice arowana check mine out she is a silver arowana in a 125 gallon tank she is a monster and do you know if jardini arowana's are legal in Florida I want one.
Very nice. I got a jardni a couple days ago and it looks golden!!! I instantly bought him for 50 bucks and he is currently in a 10 gallon tank but it is only a grow out tank. Lolz, your jardni should be ready for small goldfish. Try it out.
@MegaDarkAro Do not try goldfish?!?! Goldfish contain harmful proteins that take years to be removed from the fish. These proteins can build up over time and eventually kill the fish, if u prize your arowana like i do, feed rosies or natural caught minnows.
++HELP++ i have a custom made 4ft tank the measuments are 50" Long x 15" Wide x 25" High how many gallons or litters? and my filtration is (1) FLUVAL 1000l/h or 260 gallon per hour and (1) FLUVAL 500l/h or 140 gallon per hour and (2) heaps good spounge filters is this ok with one jardini saratoga/arowana? and what are good tank mates?
It really depends upon your local market. Mine was about $70 for 6 inches when I got him. But like the post under mine says, they can get way more expensive depending on local shops and breeders. Harder to get in your area equals more cost.
I fed this arowana goldfish, although that really isn't good for them. Goldfish can carry harmful stuff that you don't want in your water. I have a black arowana now that I only feed prepared foods. If you can get them to eat food that isn't alive it would be best.
nice fish and setup. im debating on getting a baby jar or bitting the bullet and getting a diablo red.
