@dodge Like it. good job cant wait to see the specks. That will decied if i Love it or not. It better be fast like a dart, and light like one to. Oh and the MPG better be good as well.
Mopar just keeps going down hill and ruining cars with history. The Charger is now a 4 door, the Challenger gets SMOKED by the Camaro and Mustang, and I hear they're going to bring back the Barracuda and ruin that too. Old Mopar > GM, Ford, and most importantly NEW Mopar.
@need2speed94 Wait until the 2013 Charger and Challenger's. I've heard they will be getting a supercharger that could get them up to 580 HP. That's more then the LS1 Camaro.
@MoparHemi11 I sure hope so man, I LOVE old Mopar. This new Fiat/Ferrari influenced garbage is NOT Mopar. And when did I mention an LS1 Camaro lol? If you want to bring that up... LS1 F Body's walk all over R/T Chargers/Challengers both in stock form... which is pretty sad if you ask me. Which brings up my point again... new Mopar SUCKS.
@need2speed94 Your first comment mentioned the Camaro. No shit the LS1 would beat a Charger/Challenger. It's supercharged! The current SRT8's are naturally aspirated at 470 HP. Once Dodge put's in a supercharger they will easily be at or above the Camaro LS1. I HATE the new Chevys. They are so ugly and cheap. They don't ever redesign their shit. Ex. Same Silverado and Tahoe since 07. Then the Camaro doesn't even come with things like nav and touch screen. It also got bad reviews on interior.
@need2speed94 Then look at the new Silverado. It's 300 HP and 20 MPG highway. Well my 2011 RAM has 390 HP and 20 MPG highway. What went wrong there? Then you got the Volt which starts on fire if in a crash. That's just great. Ferrari will destroy any Ford, Chevy, or Dodge in power and quality. All I can say is I can't wait until the 2013's come around. Then all you Chevy lovers can't sit there and say "The Camaro will smoke Mopar, wait did we mention the Camaro has a supercharger?"
@MoparHemi11 Oh, when it comes to Motors, new Mopar is far ahead of everyone Domestic. Both Power AND fuel economy. But I'm mostly reffering to performance oriented sports cars like the charger/challenger... even though they may have the strongest powerplant, every other aspect of the car hinders the performance of the motor making it almost pointless to have such a nice motor like that... know what I mean? If not... the Challenger makes the most power, but is the heaviest and has the worst susp
@need2speed94 I know what you mean and I agree. I wish Dodge would take some time to redesign the Challenger/Charger to shed some weight and make a better suspension on it. It already has the good Brembo brakes on the SRT models. If they added a supercharger, lessened the weight, and fix the suspension it would be an amazing car. I'm going to guess that getting rid of the weight may affect the price tag to, look at the Lamborghini Superlaggera compare to a normal LP-560. The $ is way different
@MoparHemi11 Yea... that's the BIG problem with Mopar now with their performance cars (pretty much all modern domestic muscle really) WEIGHT. Like I said, their motors make more power than competitiors, it's the power to weight that kills it for Mopar :/ I also hate that the Charger is now a 4 door... that's not acceptable when compared to what it used to be.
@need2speed94 Yeah, I can't ever see them making it a two door car though. That's why they have the Challenger. If they made it a two door they would be even more alike. Then they also wouldn't have a full sized car. I think they should make a SRT8 have a optional two door version but every other Charger be four door.
@MoparHemi11 Yea I don't either hah. What I think they should do is improve every aspect of the charger/challenger... make them lighter, handle a bit better, lower the cost lol... And actually make it more desirable to the car enthusiasts. Fuel economy and luxury is good and all, but I think they should keep the 2 muscle cars with a huge history as... MUSCLE CARS. They have other vehicles to use as economic and luxurious choices. The charger/challenger should just be fast and look good.
@need2speed94: What I want them to do is get rid of the rubber interior they have in the Challenger and replace it with leather. Or at least offer a leather trim model. A redesign of the front end on the Charger would be nice, get rid of that overly used typical Dodge grill.
I sure any high school kid wouldn't mind getting this $16,000 car. Every brand needs an entry level vehicle. Now if only they would bring back the Viper. ;-)
It reminds me of a kia optima. I think they should save their single bar-style tail lights for their sportier, more aggressive cars, like the charger and challenger.
when is the q2... i would not mind taking a look at one at the dearlership

If they can put a standard transmission in a POS Dart then why don't they put one in its big brother Charger????
