Well it's kind of uncomparable since Destiny's Child started as a group since they were kids and all of them were supposed to have equal spotlight. Pussycat dolls were formed by a record label trying to cash in on having a slutty dance-group sing music. Seeing as none of the girls could really sing, Nicole was recruited and provides pretty much all of the vocals.
