this is so true! it works! i've increased in all my athletic abilities! especially my vertical jump, i use to dislike it and it's one of the worse things i was at but then i improved dramatically! from 11- 20in! you gotta sign up...it's the best thing that you could ever do!

yo velocity is sick man i gained 20 inches on my long jump 6 inches on my vertical .08 on my 20 i have a 4.84 on my shuttle and 7.92 on my 3 cone as a fourteen year old and i have been going for two years
