I will never have the feeling what the firefighters had and the people at the W.T.C. had that day.

Beautiful job. Nice memorial.

Although I live in the mountains, I am but 30-40 minutes, in traffic, to Manhattan. The twin towers were a common sight as I drove over Skyline Drive, and a lot of people in this area worked there and lost their lives. Lucky for us that the firemen in the family who work in NYC were off that day, but still had to breathe everything in during the following weeks and months.

I remember the silentness following the attacks, as we are right in the flight path.
