For me Nickelback first album called Curb reminds me alot of Nirvana first album called Bleach. Because the both are albums are heavy. Nickelback is my favorite band and will always be. I love Nickelback and I do not care if this comment got alot of negative votes. Nickelback is awesome. They are very Great band especially when they go LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!! They are awesome. My favorite nickelback album is All The Right Reasons because it has great guitar riffs.

I remember following and seeing these guys live when they were just coming up. Also got to see them open for some pretty big names at the time. Saw their first 2 headlining shows at Rexall Place in Edmonton, Alberta and that was it for me. Curb, The State and Silver Side Up are great albums but that's it. Anything after that is just plain bad and totally put me off. It's really too bad (for me) but kudos to them. They really did well for themselves.

For me , Nickelback started getting better by their 3rd album- " Silver Side Up ". And by now their music is pure beast. That's what experience will do for you.

Totally agree for the state, but there are several songs in Dark Horse that gotta be listened and revalued (next go round , just to get high, sex).

Great tune, great album. a lot of their older stuff is shadowed by their newer stuff and personally i like their older stuff more. These guys take a ton of shit from trend whores who claim to hate mainstream but the fact is they came from nothing and became huge and i'm proud to say i'm from the same province as them :D

This is Nickelback, how the world loves it. Not like most of Dark Horse! The soft Nickelback songs are not so good like their real rock songs, like this one. There are even good songs on Dark Horse (Something in your Mouth, etc.), but not as much as in, for example, "All The Right Reasons","Silver Side Up" or "Curb".

I started beeing Nickelback-fan with "Silver Side Up", now i found Curb, and it matches Silver Side Up!

It was good and so was Dark Horse when that came around, but now this older stuff is catching onto me and I like it much better. almost the same case with me. Though I still like the majority of songs from the albums "all the right reasons" and "dark horse", some songs are too "sweet" if you get what I mean. Their new style is OK but they should keep that way and not shift over more and more towards pop-music... fingers crossed for their next album, whenever it might come.

I used to love Nickelback, but when ATRR came out, I didn't feel they were the same . So listening to them became less and less, and for the past 2 years I've just stopped all together, really.

However, this material takes me right back to when I first got into them about eight years ago, now! My favourite song from Curb, the ending is epic!
