  • idk if this isnt from kirby's dream land, its still an awsome remix ^-^

  • Not Kirby's Dreamland, not 8-Bit. Not quite sure if it's even a remix. Disappointed.

  • this from kirby super star

  • Midi can technically be chiptune. See: SNES

  • dinner time!

  • gormario race?

  • Special request to all you kids returning to school in the next few days: If you see someone who is struggling to make friends or being bullied because he/she doesn't have many friends or because they are shy or not as pretty or not dressed in the most "in" clothes -- PLEASE step up. Say hi or at least smile at them in the hallway. You never know what that person might be facing outside of school. Your kindness might just make a BIG difference in someone's life! PARENTS SHOULD REPOST

  • This video contains MIDI

  • Lyrics: punch punch punch falcon punch punch puncha punch punch falcon punch, punch punch falcon punch pupa punch punch punch punch falcon punch!

  • @BigBrotherBowser Falcon KEEEYAAAK *COMBO BREAKERRRRRRR!*

  • Epic Phail mon frer

  • POOP

  • fuck what ur all talking abt this was well done shit... fuck if i care if its midi i dnt even knw wtf midi is sounds a 8bit as hell to me fuvck off......

  • this video contains 8 bit

  • Punch, punch, falcon punch!

  • 47 idiot haters...

  • @toonmario64 47 people just don't realize all the hard work that someone puts into this :s

  • @Mdude123456789 Hard work doesn't mean it's good. I'm constipated, that doesn't mean I should get a metal once I finally take a shit.

  • @PowderClock ROFL XD

  • lol, gxscc

  • sounds like king dededes music or gourmat race

  • Most definitely gourmet race. Was composed for Kirby's Superstar on the SNES. This is not 8-bit. Not everything that sounds retro is considered 8 bit. This sounds more like a midi file.

  • YOU sucked on this! Sounds like 16 bit mostly

  • @lugiaboy2 nope.avi sounds nothing like 16

  • more like 16 or 32 but not 8 8 is to retro to sound this crap

  • go kirby,ween!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Wait... so there was a song that was originally made as 8-bit, but then it got redone with an orchestrated version for Melee... and then you re-downgraded it to midi.

    : /

  • @trapical unless it was in kirby's dreamland 1,2 or 3, or adventure I'm sorry but I believe the first was time this music was played was the gourmet race game from super star for the snes, so not 8 bit the first time.

  • You call yourself an NESRemixer when you simply use GSXCC?

  • if you want to make real nes music, use famitracker, it works with REAL NES instruments ;)

  • This is pretty bad dude. Especially 1:47

  • 8-bit pingas!

  • Sounds more like a cross between 8 bit and 16 bit

  • Either 16 bit or GXSCC good try though

  • Sounds like a crappy sega genesis song not NES

it's BARELY 8-bit since gxscc emulates the MSX2 (wich is 8 bit but has a powerful sound chip)

  • falcon pawnch!

  • sounds more 16 bit aka snes

  • you know this song isnt even in kirby's dream land, right?

  • @PenguinofDestruction well you're still wrong.

The track is called "Gourmet Race"

Why don't you think before you just try to talk people down over the internet.

I was just merely stating a fact, if it bothered you this much, you're clearly a, how you would say, noob.

  • Comment removed

  • @PenguinofDestruction The level's called Green Greens actually

  • 8-Bits for FAMICOM has only 4 audio channels...

    this is a fail, sorry

  • 8 bit mixes. You're doing it all wrong. People don't use GXSCC. I see to many of these.

  • 0:37 yoshis real name is ALLY?!?!?!?

  • @helloworld56able no.he is yoshi but when you see "ALLY" it means yoshi will help you fight the mario bros. sometimes your lucky enough to get 2 allys.

  • @helloworld56able No. Why real name is ally? And what the hell are you saying about that!

  • PINGAS

  • ermm.. ye.noo...

  • Brawls biggest fail was not having enough music from the original Super Smash Bros. The only song from the original SSB was the credits song which was remixed.

  • THIS VIDEO CONTENTS NES 8BITS

  • WRONG

  • Gourmet NES

  • nic3^^

  • PINGAS

  • why u care if it is 8bit 16 or 12 ?

for me this just reminds me at the good old days

    so i don't care

  • sounds annoying, reminds me when i went to a hospital T_T

  • dude i wanna play my kirby 64 now

    gooooood times :)

  • The crystal shards one

that game was awsome to allow power combinding ^^

  • I know it was awesome

  • @Sonicdash0 hell yea i gotta get an nes or whatever and get the original kirby again i used to play it all the time at my frineds house

  • Super Smash Bros for the 64. Everybody but you seems to know. Duh. -_-

  • Not 8 bit. Sounds like MIDI. Crap, basically

  • Comment removed

  • @xXKiTheifXx You funny, this is soooooo far from 8-bit.

  • @HandOfQuaid it is a midi i can make the EXACT same song using gxscc

  • @Sonicmario6464 gsxcc uses MSX sounds, eg: 8-bit

  • @HandOfQuaid

    Taters gonna tate, basically

  • @Channl0fstuff87 No actually it is the midi shit going around if your ganna remix a song actually put effort into it.

  • that is nowhere near 8-bit! It doesn't even sound remotely like it. that's 16-bit.

  • It's 12-Bit. This doesn't sound nowhere near 16-Bit.

  • Base 2 escapes you.

  • And what is that supposed to mean, Billy-Bob Foh-Filly Ba-Billy Joe?

  • nerd battle!

  • Yay?

  • Super smash brothers on the NES.

    Would that be possible....?

    What characters...

    What stages....

  • thats midi... not 8-bit. I'm trully sorry.

  • this is the song used in the falcon punch remix

  • dude this is THE SHIT!...i remember playing kirby all day everyday...i miss it T_T

  • wtb mp3 link?

  • WT email mp3

  • this isn't 8-bit

  • GREAT! i'll say this, THIS VIDEO CONTAINS EPIC 8-BIT WIN!!!!

  • Luigi doenst look depressed.

    More tired.

  • More stoned O_o...

  • I think he looks smug.

  • 0:40 PAC-MAN???

  • nice, but you are aware that this song was originally 8-bit to begin with, right?

  • Wasn't it 16-bit? I thought Gourmet Race originated in Kirby Super Star.

  • it's originated from kirby's adventure's battle against dedede.

  • I just looked it up, and it sounds nothing like this. Pretty sure it's from Gourmet Race originally.

  • Oh, you're right. I remembered Adventure would have had the same dedede-theme as Nightmare in Dreamland. O_O''' Since NiD is a remake of Adventure... .____.''

  • You Are Correct Sir~!

  • This video contains old console.

  • THIS VIDEO CONTAINS WIN!! :D

  • 12-bit.

  • LOL to ur comeback man, but there in the middle it was so offpitch...

  • And what would you have been doing with all those things at once, especially your grandma?

  • dude its 8bit its supposed to be low class

  • 8 bit stuff can at least try to get the pitch right, look around for some other 8 bit remixes on here

  • Why does Luigi always look depressed? xD

  • because mario is the star of the game look at the cartrige and luigi's taunt

  • To me, Luigi doesnt look depressed, it looks like he's more badass than Mario, which he is

  • I thought this would be an actual remix of Kirby's Dreamland, not Kirby's Gourmet Race -_-

  • theyre the same

  • Sounds like the GBA a mix of 8 bit PSG and 16 bit sampled sound

  • Sounds more midi than 8-bit...

    Or 16 bit =P

    This isn't 8 bit bro.

    Nice try.

  • Guys this is an 8-bit remix, you are forgetting that this is not a remix of Gourmet Race. It is a remix of the remix used for SSB, which has more sound channels used so it will sound more complex even if they were both simplified to 8-bit standards. So if you are comparing this to Gourmet Race in 8-bit, you are just plain wrong.

  • This isn't 8 bit. =]

This is either made with a synth or its 16 bit.

  • Actually I think your' right, because the percussion used at 1:27 (And throughout the entire song) I'm pretty sure couldn't be done on the 8-bit channels.

  • The actual name of this song is Gourmet Race

  • yh thats the version on SSBB

  • No, it's the name of the song and the stage it's on. Play Kirby SuperStar once in a while

  • >Kirby Super Star

    >Only Kirby game you DON'T like

    8O

  • he turned a 64-bit into 8-bit

    the technology these days

  • 16 bit much?

  • KirYoshi?

  • I think you mean...YOKIR. (YO-KER)

  • KirbYoshi

  • this is the best one yet

  • Very very sweet and very accurate very good job 5 stars thanks for the upload

  • it always annoys me when ppl think they are playing/making 8-bit when its really 16-bit.

  • epic.

  • this video is win

  • There isnt any nes-game with gourmet race...

  • Falcon PUNCHHHHHHHHH!

  • no its Falcon Paaaunnchh

  • Oh, thanks.

  • Wasn't it Falcon Paaaawn? :P

  • SRY, I meant NES remixer, lol typo :O{P

  • Well NEWS remixer, obviously u use GXSCC, a good program. If u want it to sound mor like NES music, go to, config, instrument set, and choose "All Square Set" oh and, the track u remixed is from ssb melle, not ssb orig. YOSHIBOY OUT!!!!!

  • PENISH!

  • awesome man

    pwnage

  • wat program you use for the remix

  • i remember playing this game.this song for N64 got stuck in my head after 3 hours!

  • I SUDDENLY wanna play Super Smash Bros. 64..

  • download an emulatior for PC

i got SSB on GC ;]

  • I know I had it. It kinda lags though.

  • I cant tell, maybe its just me, but why the hell do i always get to smash my ally to hell and have to deal with more myself?

its really pesty.. specially with giant DK...

SMACK and both Link and Samus is by time gone... DAMN... wrong one...

cant even excuse it with they look alike...

  • Not 8 bit, still good, I don't like the drum kit you used

  • why is luigi purple and green?

  • gxscc=/=8 bit

  • Nice find, mongoloid.

  • wasnt quite directed at the public

  • This song orriginated in the game Kirby Superstar for SNES where the official song name was "Gormet Race" then in SSB it played on the stage "Dreamland" not many people remembered Kirby Superstar and called this song "Kirby's Dreamland" or "Dreamland" then in Melee they still called it "Dreamland" and in Brawl Nintendo got back in touch with their roots calling the remix "Gormet Race"

    i hope i helped the confusion :D

  • Actually, they never mention the name of the song, just the name of the stage.

  • Kirby Superstar was one of the best kirby games ever made, i'm so glad i picked it up for 5 dollars

  • UM its not kirby's dreamland, its called gourmet race XDDDDDD best in brawl!

  • in super smash bros brawl and melee its dreamland but in brawl its gourmet race cuz they remixed.

it is indeed the best though xD

  • There are I believe 3 versions of this song, Gourmet Race is one of them. This is the original, Kirby's Dream Land, and the other two being Gourmet Race and Fountain of Dreams.

  • Luigi looks like he fell asleep

  • iy has always ben so on every ssb1 game

  • Right XD

  • im serious :O me and a buddy played ssb a lot on nintendo64 and i promise hees eyes were like that :O

  • I know, in my game he's like that too.

  • its good.

  • He has been using Gashisofts midiplayer GSXCC download it and jusst drag a midifile in to it and there you go, you got your own 8-bit song.

  • I meant GXSCC...

  • How do people tell the difference between 8-bit, 16-bit, 32-bit, etc.

  • that a pretty bad 8 bit music, the NES could not support that

  • WOO!

  • Awesome. Fav theme fro SSB!

  • 16 Bits agaaaiiiiiiin!

  • Why is there a triangle wave blaring in the background. Turn that channel off, and then repost. That was lame.

  • The funny part is that the game Kirby's Dreamland was 8-bit.

  • Gourmet Race, if you please...

  • It was used for the Dreamland stage in ssb

but ya your right, thanks for the correction

  • Always loved that theme, but is DAT SUM DELICIOUS FM?, no way that can be 8bit, you should have used the FAMICOM SET if you want a true 8bit feeling :D

  • Good but not 8-bit, i'd say this was even higher than 16 bit actually.

  • Awsome!!!!!!! Could you send me this song i love it. and keep up with the 8 bit Nes remixes i love them!

  • N0 wai!!! Like dOod, thats totally TUUbulll11laaaar!!1!
