Super Bike riders make Bouquet Canyon into raceway

I ride my superbike through there often. I also do not ride like that it is rude and dangerous. Yesterday on my bike I was almost hit by one of these style riders. I concur with save that kind of riding for the track.

Cmon guys, its a public road other people are on it. If u want to test out your wits take it to the track where its controled... $150 a day? I also cycle on that road.. As a fellow race car driver take it to the track not a public road.

That's not speeding. That's RACING. Speeding is when you're maybe 10 to 15 mph over the limit, enjoying the motor and the handling and taking a slightly higher risk than you would be taking at the speed limit. What this video depicts has nothing to do with that. These riders are roadracing in the classic, Isle of Man TT sense, and rather than condemning it, maybe we should just close that road off once a month and let them have at it. After signing waivers, of course.

They always do that down there. I've lost control in my car trying to avoid them before cause they dont stay in the proper lanes.

A man died just last weekend riding his sport bike through this same canyon. CHP says he was travelling at a high rate of speed. His bike lost traction and he slid into oncoming lanes and was crushed by a car. Sad.

Okay, I ride a motorcycle on Bouquet Cyn but not like that... My motorcycles are much older and are for pleasure riding. They cannot do what a modern sportbike will do. If I was riding a bicycle and heard those sportbikes approaching me from behind, that would make me very concerned.

i personally speed everywhere there aren't cops.
