  • Looks painful. Reminds me of when people fake-laugh,laughing only w/their mouths,but not their eyes. If the goal is to ^ ur heart rate,O2,circulatn,work muscles etc, 'Cry Yoga' would be just as effective. Why make something that comes so easily & naturally to us into some 'technique? 'Whatever benefits of laughter dont come from just laughter itself,but rather from the State of Mind u're in that Causes u to laugh,unselfconsciously. Train urself 2 have a + attitude,then u'll laugh,not backwards.

    I gotta say, it's one of the more "interesting" forms of Yoga. But hey, it works. We're laughing....

  • Never done laughter yoga, I guess I should try it. Just done regular yoga (Hatha Yoga or Flow Yoga).
