@MattCB97 A legendary pokemon is a special / uniqe pokemon that you can only get one of in the game and is not breedable exept for manphy who you can get only one of and its earlyer form can not evole into a manphy.
Shymin is a legendary because you can only capture one of them through a in game event in diamond/pearl/((I belive platnium too)) and as for the other form if having a other form makes it not a legendary then that would mean that gerintina (Cant spell it srry) continued on next msg
