  • Just watched this video series and really enjoyed it! It's great to see what you're doing! I would've loved to see you in the rain on the mountain! :) Love you!

  • where they daimyo of any kind? fudai mby

  • Nijyuuroku.... nen... Tokyo... Ishigawa?.... no, I'm completely lost. Are we sure that's Japanese?

Loved the series. As I said 5 times already, uploading 5min videos was a great move. It was fun to hear the whole story 2 or 3 times, and then by the end of the vid you go like "oh, wait... that's not what happened..." :P

Now, of course, I kinda hate you, since I have to wait 4 and a half months to get there, but anyway... hopefully everything will still be there when I arrive.

    Cheers.

  • wow whata story XD

    5/5 dude!

  • Yeh I feel like I went on your trip too! And I liked listening to you talk about the history, I tend to find textbook history too dry and much prefer being told stories. :)

  • Again man, good good job , I think JP should use you as a tourism promoter, makes me wanna go there !

  • I liked this series man, keep up the great work!!

  • I was with you the whole series! I can wait to do this myself when I get to japan next year

  • Sweet - glad to have you along.

Hope you'll come along with me in future travel vids as well. ^^

  • WOOO! Awesome video, Philip!

  • Thanks a lot Mic~ ^_^/

  • i hope u make more like this in the future too!

  • Thanks!

  • I really liked all of the Loco Travel videos. I like the lengthiness of videos like this. Thanks for uploading them. And That was a lot of kanji...

  • Thanks a lot man~

I tried to keep them relatively short, but glad to hear that you liked the lengthiness of this one. Maybe I'll try to have variety in the future - some short and some longer.

Haha - that block was wild. I wasn't about to try to read through that whole thing. But I did get some valuable information about his death through it. Turns out he actually came to Tokyo after that and was a professor or something like that. Guess losing wasn't death for him afterall. :P
