@aboodk Not all, but cameras are pretty popular. Because police controls mostly pockets of drivers, not traffic safety, drivers have to protect themselves. Although such video record can't be recognized by courts as an evidence, such video can make impression for the judge then he/she decides who's guilty, because there may be a controvercy: the victim driver shows the video, the guilty driver pays the bribe to the judge. The law and traffic rules mean nothing in most cases.
