I was living in Taiwan in 2007 when I first heard this song. I was in a housewares store called Working House and the people in the store kept playing this song over and over, it was sweetly addictive. I didn't think to ask who sang it, never knew who sang it til recently. It has such a sadly beautiful feel. Thanks cupcake for posting this.
