  • @workwillfreeyou This is very similar to a "face pull" which you would do with the same motion while standing. It works the upper back and rear deltoids (as well as the biceps and traps incidentally) so you could work this into any pull workout, whether its a back workout or a pulling shoulders workout.

  • @workwillfreeyou Depending on the angle used, this is primarily an upper back muscle exercise so it can be done either as part of a core back workout or a deltoid/trapezius workout. This is very similar to the standing face pull, but in a different position and with less emphasis on the core muscles that stabilize you when doing a standing face pull.
