This was an old glitch with the amputator. If you taunt with it and then leave while the health buff is going, whoever is in the range of the buff will have the buff forever until death. This was patched long ago

For all people wondering how: This is not possible It was a glitch with the amputator. If the medic did the taunt and left the game the heal continued instantly. this glitch was soon fixed :P
