Umm guys.....it's not just her voice that gives the impression of not having concern.

Her eyebrows and frown area don't move much, which indicates botox. Hence she can't show concern or compassion with her face either.

She's trying to preserve her looks by preventing wrinkles, but it's robbing her of expression.

If you want to look sincere during human interaction & communication, then don't use botox.

raising awareness? how much does her coat costs anyway. good people from every part of the world have been helping kids in need for years and no one gave them some media time. only when Jolie and some princess do it , then its a big deal.

I don't think she's nervous so much as she is indifferent. She has never demonstrated sincere concern and interest in these matters, so when she has to speak about them, she sounds so stupid because her heart is not in it.

I thought it was particularly sad how she looked at William as if she wanted him to save her or finish her sentence.
