  • Hey man. This video is positively fantastic. Thanks for posting it.

  • Hey, I really love this chord progression!

I'm trying to compose a ballad song at the moment, is it alright if I use this progression?

By the way, what key is it in? E major?

  • Your videos are awesome man, thanks for posting these tutorials, really useful.

  • Bill, I have the same keyboard as you, or very similar to it. Where do I set the volume that would best approximate that of an acoustic piano. I notice the sound gets blurred if I set it too high.

  • @busybuzzbuzz Hey, sorry I missed this when you posted it!

When I'm playing I usually set the volume around three quarters, which I reckon is a pretty good approximation of an acoustic piano. You're right - if you turn it up too far it does distort a little. In my videos I set it around halfway so I know I can bash quite hard on the keyboard without having to worry too much about problems in the recording.

  • thank you for these videos please keep em coming!

  • Gracias desde Mexico... This is a very useful and instantly good sounding thing to learn. Thank you!
