@jkmcdani laws are determined by governments, and they exempt themselves from the edicts they force on their citizens. By definition, government cannot be "criminal". They may be guilty in a moral sense of murder/rape/theft, but they aren't legally "criminal".

Fast and Furious is just one example.

@jkmcdani Sadly, to ensure the right to bear arms to the regular population, you must also give that right to a potential criminal. Sadly, most aren't criminal when the purchase the weapon but end up using it in criminal fashion; whether they mentally snapped or used it in a murder, it ends up only being a tool of murder. Like a knife, sword, machete, 22'' framing hammer(out of todays news), lead pipe, poison, vehicular assault, pillow, CHLOROFORM AND DUCTTAPE!! They are just the tool to an end.
