Ok so I found the real meaning to this song from one of her live versions. It's a story of her friend that died from cancer. He was so sick that he could only eat bread. She helped him cut his hair. The metaphor using "Samson" meant his courage is so strong from fighting the cancer that its truly epic like the strory.
