hi Jared! if I could take a photograph anywhere in the world it would be in a small village in Tauthali Nepal. I am going on a 3 week trek to Nepal in a few weeks and I'm donating colouring books, crayons, and a whole bag of toothpaste and snoopy and spiderman toothbrushes to a daycare. Can't wait to use the portrait tips you gave us on those kids. I'll be sure to get a photo of me with them while I'm rocking my new red afropick toque, I love that it's like a nod to Jacques Cousteau :) cheers!
I have always wanted to go to Africa and take photos of wildlife. And I would need the BlackRapid strap so I can run if needed. Thanks for all the videos.
I would go to California with my Black Rapid strap. I've never been but I know there are so many things to shoot there. Graffiti, skaters, surfers, random people. Its always sunny so the natural light shots would be superb
Hey Jared! I would use the Black Rapid RS-7 on my trip to Amsterdam next Sunday where I'd hoping to shot plenty of street photography, architecture and night scenes. And of course around Belfast Northern Ireland where I live, especially with this being the centenary year of the sinking of the Titanic so lots of opportunities to put this awesome strap through it's paces!! Loving the website and your videos. Keep up the great work.
This is ridiculous. I use a hand strap, because when I have my camera, I'm using it. I don't just walk around with it showing it off like a purse. And I would never, EVER let my camera hang off behind me or to the side of me like that. Giving someone a chance to hit it or try to snatch and take off with it. I use my camera when I have it, if I'm waiting for a shot I hold my camera just under my chin. you people are crazy
Hey Fro, try to let Chad, the guitatist of NewFoundGlory know that a member of a 90's hardcore band (setapart) follows your work. Maybe he'll invite you backstage or onstage.
I could really Use the strap in Rome, while Im shooting a wedding in Rome (in August). It would make shooting the wedding with my second body a lot easier. Im from Canada so I dont know the city very well and it would make carrying other items like a map or a compas very easy, also to know that my camera is safe at my side. Thanks Jared hope you had a great fro walk and maybe the next one you do I could set a fro walk (maybe a frowalk day) for people in Ottawa at the same time.
Well unless the RS7 is a time machine then this is not possible but I would love to be able to shoot my Grandfather during WWII when he was on the Atlantic Convoys; the amazing stories he told me when I was a child before he passed away were amazing; I wish I could have seen it all through my own eyes.
If I won the the Black Rapid strap I would photograph the infamous Commerce Train Yard in East Los Angeles. Its someone of a legend, a lot of graffiti has been displayed there, its a great sopt for shooting. A big, open industrial area, complete with graff covered train cars, walls, and abandoned buildings and factories.
If I got this strap I would go to Ankor Wat in Cambodia to visit my country for the first time. Ankor Wat is a big attraction site and is a old temple long ago. Great to learn about my past when visting and taking pictures of these old surrondings
Man I am tired of seeing all these people's comments talking about how Jared should be giving away cameras and not straps. He is being nice and giving us a chance to win something for FREE! Everyone, try being less of an ingrate and just thank this guy for all the free knowledge he is presenting to us and try to understand he doesn't have to give anything out at all. *Rant End*
I'd take it to Iceland because the majority of the land is so rocky and as a result, very difficult to manage a DSLR dangling off your neck, especially in Winter! Haha.
The Daintree Rainforest in Aus. It has the most diverse range of animals & plants on earth as well as backing onto some of the most spectacular and isolated beaches. The BR would enable me to hike safely (no weight on my neck and free hands) as well as the option of quickly accessing my camera to 'Get the shot'.
I would love to go photograph on the main street in my own 'hood, which is a small beach town in costa rica. But with all the petty crime around there I'm be afraid to go out without a special strap, like black rapid. You never know when some crackhead might grab my camera and make a run for it. At least w/a BR strap they'd have to drag me along w/the camera :-)
@zoisgs Wow don't get greedy, BRs are expensive. You seriously can't expect someone to give out cameras for FREE, when you're watching for FREE. He doesn't just get free cameras to give away.

@zoisgs I dunno, I think Jared doesn't want to seem like the 'sell out' type of youtuber. Maybe, but that's my opinion.
