The dog obeys and walks toward owner, which makes it look like the dog is being aggressive to the deer. The deer defended itself from the perceived threat.

It's the dog owner's fault the deer attacked the dog. The deer lives there and she considers it her territory and came to investigate what appears to her to be a predator. The dog is nervous and has his tail between his legs and is just standing still. The deer is standing between them. The owner calls the dog to him. The dog obeys and walks toward owner, which makes it look like the dog is being aggressive to the deer. The deer defended itself from the perceived threat.

@Peidmonte89 btw, do you live in the same state as the owner of this video? And are you sure it is a state ordinance that all dogs must be on leashes at all times? Can you point me to which ordinance and state that is? Our state doesnt have a leash law, it would be rather silly for it to be a state ordinance, however a lot of the cities do.....you are such a sad sad boy.
