I can't agree with him more on the subject. I hate it when people go to a concert, then sit down and pretend like it's a movie where you have to be silent. It drives me nuts! It's a Rock N Roll concert! Go nuts and have fun!

Also there can't be anything worse then performing for a crowd and having it seem like no one is there. Especially when you're a world class musician.

He's only human afterall and wouldn't you get a bit annoyed at an entire crowd full of people not responding to your songs. I think he was a bit upset and if he wants to swear and bitch about it a little, so be it. Personally, I don't understand how you cannot have an awesome time and enjoy yourself at a Brandon Flowers show. Plus, I thought it was kinda funny.

well maybe I'm wrong but that was a bit rude. if for some reason people aren't enjoying the show, swearing at them can hardly help. ask them to sing along, crack jokes, bounce & dance but don't act like a f---ing rock princess. it's professionalism after all. I mean, I like Brandon & all but that was badly done.

Even if they werent enjoying it, its called courtesy. Some people dont understand that like yourself. @IndieKirby er..it was so long ago, I don't even remember leaving this comment. when I go to a concert I show my respect to the performer, and I don't think I was trying to defend people who don't. I probably meant that Brandon shouldn't get so angry in front of people because it can make it even worse. maybe I chose the wrong words to express my thoughts. I know what courtesy is, thanks, and it's a bit too quick of you to say I don't understand it since you don't actually know me ;)

Ich war vor Ort und muss leider sagen, dass das Konzert hochgradig enttäuschend war. Flowers schafft als Solist keine originelle Abgrenzung von der Killers-Anmutung. Im Gegenteil. Es dominiert ein fußlahmer Americana-Sound, den andere amerikanische Acts wesentlich besser beherrschen. Songs, die im Killers-Arrangement sehr gut funktionieren, werden bei bloßer Begleitung durch die Akustikgitarre zu trivialen Popsongs degradiert. Schade! Hatte mir live mehr erhofft ... zumindest etwas Einsatz.
