Guys, this isn't fake. It's an extremely rare genetic disorder known as harlequin ichthyosis. Google it. It's basically where your skin doesn't stop growing and becomes really hard. The baby looks so bad because it's been in the womb 9 months without any excess skin removal. It's super rare and babies normally die from it, but with modern technology there have been some survivors. There's a youtube video somewhere about two girls with the condition.
