Just so you know this IS NOT duckpin bowling, this is a minature arcade game based on the rules of tenpin bowling that is made by Qubica/AMF. In duckpin bowling the lane/approach and all the dimensions are exactly the same as in tenpin/candlepin/five-pin and rubber duckpin bowling. Also an obvious difference is in the real game of duckpin bowling you get three shots per frame with the deadwood removed between shots, in this you get 2 shots just like tenpin because that's what it is mini tenpin.
@penguinshamrock Well you are right to some point about the pins being duckpins, on the AMF version of the game called "Thunderbowl" which also uses an underlane ball return they do use real duckpins to simulate tenpins. However on the Qubica version of the game "Highway 66" which this is uses a molded mini tenpin and a smaller lighter ball compared to Thunderbowl which is also why the scores are much lower on the Qubica game. If you can find a Thunderbowl game give it a try its more realistic..
@penguinshamrock If you're talking about the Nomads in CT that's where I've seen it recently as well...??? So if you have had the chance to play them both you know what I mean that the AMF Thunderbowl scores much higher than the Qubica Highway 66... Either way they both are fun games. I have a pair of the US bowling Rollerball mini lanes in a bowling center I own in Minnesota and that probably is the lowest scoring version of mini bowling I've seen so far...

@BIGGREENLEAF1 I know right. But the pins look like duckpins and sound like them.
