This does not mean a CO2 tax for EVERYBODY, but for the industries, and luckily enough after 2013 also aviation and tankers will be included. Secondly,it is NOT only CO2 but 6 other gases too!
Thirdly, humans cannot "save this world", that is arrogant! the only thing we can do is save ourselves! If the Human Race was gone, after a few years nature and the animals would be back in balance, whatever we do, even if every country drops an atomic bomb, there will be some bacteria or animal surviving!
Is that an empty beer bottle and an ashtray full of cigarette butts next to Mr. Yvo de Boer's name placard? Well, last night on a tropical tropical island and the stressfull-ass conference is over...I guess I'd put on my best floral print too and indulge!
The result of the conferance will be CO2 TAXES!! People on this crazy eart will be forced to pay taxes because we are breathing, f..... madness. What abot all these huge oilcompanies?? Well they continue their work for more oil! May somone tell me the logic?
yeah i see what you mean dude. Mankind also needs to realise that what ever choice of energy we use, it will be limited and eventually run out. So mankind will HAVE TO go into space for thesse things, creating more jobs, new industrys, and along the way we will find better and cleaner fuels. Like helium3 for example. ;)
for now though we must save THIS world. it is the only one we have. show love for your children ladies and gentlemen. dont leave them this legacy of SELF DESTRUCTION. peace
What about H2O as fuel? but I think H2O ( as a fuel ) will become a pain in the ass for the "bigmoneyguys" because H2O are almost available for everyone on the eart, therefor no money to earn? as we know it to day is HE-3 ( Helium3 ) rear on earth and I think it will take to long time Be aware that the ice on Mars are melting because of the sun, but we dont hear about that in the media, BE CRITICAL to media.
h2o is plentiful, but i doubt that the powers that be will miss this opportunity to make mass profit. And if water becomes a fuel, just think how expensive it wil gradually become over time as it became rarer. problems similar to the oil crisis would no doubt arise later on that would make todays crisis look pale in comparison. peace
