  • I used to do alot of handstands and was able to do 3 planche push-ups in a row.

    But I was only able to do the Nakayama-Planche ONCE, somehow I was never able to do it again ^^ VERY NICE WORK ON THIS ONE! :DDD

    Go on `building the gymnastic body` it's a usefull forum about this stuff, and it centers around a program written by a US gymnastics coach, get his book- it's fantastic, it teaches you how to do this stuff, and get in shape for it!

  • @Crasshopperrr by doing it a little bit every day. jsut do a regular l sit. and hold it for 5 seconds. do that 10 times with a min rest inbetween sets. and every 4th day after completing the excerscise 3 times add a second until youget to 15. but this time you should be able to do that no problem!!
