It's me again. I just want to add that they played this at her funeral during a picture montage of her life.

On March 1, 1958, a girl was born & put up for adoption. She was adopted 1 year later. On May 5, 2005, she was told that she would have to walk a highway to death. Her doctor told her she had Lou Gehrig's disease. She ended her journey on Dec. 27, 2007. This girl was my cousin. Pam, you walked that last road with more faith & courage & dignity than any of us showed. You were the one dying, but you said Not without a fight. We love you and miss you. We will NEVER forget you.
