  • you're GREAT!!!! keep up the great vidoes---you're halarious and a great teacher!

  • You're still great in part 2! You would be great teaching a class. I'd pay money to not feel discouraged learning, and I think you'd be the teacher for that! Do you give classes at the yarn shop? Suggest it to your boss. She'd get me in the shop for sure!

  • @cfg0024 Hey! I had offered classes but there was not much interest. The yarn shop I used to work at is going under, sad to say. All good things....I guess...

  • Great videos! I learned several new things and as a new spinner, that's worth its weight in gold!!!

  • I just bought my first spinning wheel and am so super glad I found your videos they are totally ftw.

I loved the carding video too unfortunately i only have dog brushes and a few bags of lovely alpaca and merino from my friends farm that I need to work out how to clean and then dye and then card and then spin . .lol and then maybe I can knit some stuff, if I don't spend a lifetime making the yarn and then another lifetime on ravelry deciding what to knit with it when I actually have yarn!

    thnx

  • you ROCK!!! this was so much fun to watch, helpful and not one bit stuffy!!! do you have a forum on Ravlery? you deserve one all of your own, that was so much freaking fun!!!

  • Hi, I love your videos. They rock. Could you please tell me which model Louet you are using? Also, which is better for a beginner in your opinion......Ashford or Louet?

    Thanks!

  • Could you do a video of the standard longdraw? It's the one that always gets my goat! I can do a "modified" version of the longdraw, but I really want to learn it "technically correct" so that I have it in my spinning knowledge. Purrrrty please???

  • thank you thank you thank you. i'm spinning in an ivory tower with no one to help me...your videos are making such a difference.

    i'm an avid fan.
