Be careful what you wish for (baez) for you will surely get it ! This new judge may be your worst nightmare. Suppose he takes offence at Casey's falsely accuses a minority race? What is with these women who kill their OWN children, but further go on, as a coward I might add, an accuse a minority race.

i liked strickland-but that was not smart on his part-BUT I think the new judge will be a tougher judge on the defense.

I agree Baez is only doing this for attention if the judge is thrown out.The case is still a florida state case and eveyone except Baez and his team. Believes Casey is guilty so either way she will be found guilty. And put on death row there is a special kind of hell for people like Casey. And Caylee will get justice and I hope Baez loses his licence as a lawyer.
