  • BTW...Leg raises HURT lol. But in good way. Hips are what hurt right now, so guess thats an area I can really work on. Love it though.

  • check out Adam Glass' blog, just goodl it, not enough room here to explain, but basically instead of following a strict routine, you check what exercise(s) would be best for your body on a certain day...

  • ok so the idea is, your finding what exercise would be beneficial. I just wonder how...strength or cardio....ok I'll just read the blog like you suggested. And watch the youtube video when I get back to my old computer with sound.
