About half a million Arabs lost their homes in the Israeli-Arab wars. That's what happens in wars. There is no "ethnic cleansing".
Palestinians are restricted in buying lands, because the war for this land still goes on. If your country was at war, it would not allow anyone from the enemy nation to buy land.
