  • HaHahahahahahahahahaha dying is hard but this video is dumb. Everyone doubts what they belief towards the end of life. People should just believe in what they believe in and stop trying to convert everyone

  • just ignore the text and listen to the music

  • I am not going to go in an actually verify all these quotes are even true because, for all I know, you just made them up. Even if they are true, which is highly likely by the way, this is a horrible argument. Congratulations, you have figured out that Humans fear death as they fear the unknown. You have also subtly figured out the cause for Humans need to create religion, even if that was not your intention.

  • How is talking about religion as a silly notion being squashed out as hate speech, but this can be up no problem? You're ignoring the many accounts of agnostics and atheists that have died without fear of god.

  • My unbelieving friends...

without God, there is NO HOPE. Ultimately there is NO RECOVERY.

The thing we need to realize is this:....if indeed there is no God and if we are left to our own devices & to our own wikedness and we do it ALL OUR WAY you end up with NO MORALE, NO MEANING, you've got NO HOPE and if your've blown it & YOUR ARE WRONG & you stand before God, there is NO RECOVERY....You have spent your life with the BIGEST LIE....

  • @911jypy if morality occurs in the the mindset of we atheists, it is pure and innate. it is more than "self-evident," it is independent of all things and cannot be wavered. if those who follow a faith commit a murder, enslave other peoples, mutilate genitalia or orchestrate genocide, depending on who those people are, it is not only condoned but it will also be rewarded. Assuming that you are right and I spend my life with the biggest lie, you and your good book still scare the hell out of me.

  • "The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God." -- 2nd corrinthians 4:4

    --

Father God as you promissed, open the eyes and ears of their soul & mind so that they can hear & understand thy word. Lord I pray that you guide these conversations and protect us from the evil one, in Jesus name we pray...amen

  • I'm not doubting your standpoint, however. I fully believe that we create our own darkness as much as we create our own hell. Accepting light (every culture has its own name for the source) is the only way out of this.

  • There are bad seeds in the Christian faith as well, my friend; That doesn't give logic to judging those of other faiths.

  • Are you calling Hindus skeptic? They believe in a oneness (God) as much as Christians do. Pardon them for having the decency to psychologically create archetypes, instead of looking at everything in black in white like most Westerners do. Of course Gandhi felt surrounded by darkness--he used the lower class as propaganda to defend his failing success in society! Look into some of the little things he did that are evident of a pompous, and almost selfish, nature...you'd be surprised.

  • The thing i dont get about christianity, why does an omnipotent, all knowing, all loving God feel the need to test us? Shouldn't he love us for what we are? flaws and all? If my memory serves me, the bible teaches us that the highest point of love that we're capable of feeling in our earthly bodies pales in comparison to the love we feel in Heaven. I have loved before and I know in the depths of my soul that I would never, ever send this person to eternal damnation, no matter what they did to me

  • whoever, posted this, obviously has never heard of sarcasim. God is not the problem, Its the people who follow him . thats the problem.

  • I could easily see myself saying something before I die... I mean, who cares? you're about to die... what you say just isn't all that important.

just like I could easily see myself "renouncing atheism" or something in a foxhole as a sort of joke to distract from the horrors all around me.

words just don't equal belief: sometimes, when people say something, it's the context, voice inflections, and other aspects that convey meaning... not merely content alone.

how did you not know that already?

  • Oh no, more Christian scare tactics. Are YOU sure that Thor isn't waiting for you on the other side? Or Zeus? Or some god that was never even thought up? These people that you're quoting, if they are even real quotes, don't know either. They are just about to die, and, understandably so, are scared and depressed, but they don't know what's on the other side until they get there. Get over it and find a more creative way to convert people.

  • To Unbelievers

Keep in mind the bible is actually 66 books writen by over 40 diferent authors, most of them dont kno ea. other or met ea. other. Wat would b the likelihood that u can get 40 people 2day that do kno ea. other in one room and speculate who God is and hardly agree on enything? And yet, we see in the bible SAME GOD, SAME PERSONALITY, SAME PLAN OF SALVATION, not including its prophecy, for example look at Israel, after being destroyed over & over & over & yet, its still standing, why?

  • @911jypy There are so many gods being worshipped today.

What makes you so arrogant to presume yours is the only true one?

  • @whispersosoftly -There R many names for ONE God. Here: Elohim, Adonai, YHWH, El Roi, El Shaddai, El Olam, El, Immanuel, Yah or Jah, Hahweh, but they all mean one God, JEHOVAH. the jews find His name so blessed that they cant even pronounce it, it is..."JHWH" all consonants and no vowels.

The scriptures speak of ONE God,.. the creator of the heavenS & the earth. Yes, there are also many "other wana be gods" such as ur 2012 beautiful car, etc. May God Bless you and ur family.

  • @911jypy Save all your sanctimonious twaddle for someone who gives a crap

  • Don't resist Jesus, if you do resist Jesus Christ is because satan does not want to loose you to Gods Kingdom and he will fight everything he can to keep you from accepting Jesus Christ because when you accept Jesus Christ in ur life.....he knows thats when life really begins for you.

  • Thomas Paine very strongly believed in God. He just didn't believe in the Church. If these last words are indeed true to him, I would very much like to know why he disavowed his greatest work.

  • Cont. If there's nothing after life, why do we even exist? Why do we feel that it's wrong to do wrong things? What is wrong, anyway? If two people lived on the moon, and one decides he doesn't like the other and killed the person, is that still wrong, just because they aren't on earth? Of course! Because God tells us it's wrong to murder. Do you fear death and what might be there- or isn't there? I don't. In fact, I really can't wait to die. I'll be home, away from pain and suffering.

  • @PetraRocks97 There's no "point" to life as far as I can tell. We're just here so enjoy it. If that bothers you then that's your own problem, but it has nothing to do with how true religion is. Morality comes from the obvious. I wouldn't like it if someone tried to kill me or steal my woman so I'm not going to do it to others. You don't need God to understand something that obvious. Look at countries with the highest rates of atheism. Lowest rates of rape and murder. Answer that.

  • @lasoogneypubes Hey, I guess I have to say good for you for having morals. I know some Christians(sadly) that don't even have that moral of a life. We are here to give glory to God. He made us in His image to glorify and honor Him. That's why we are here. But He gave us free will. You probably will ask the question everyone, including myself has asked. If He knew we were going to sin, why did He give us free will? It's so that we aren't robots. Yes, He doesn't want us to sin.

  • @lasoogneypubes Cont. He wants us to choose not to sin. Everyone, whether or not they are Christians, has that choice. Atheism lowering crime...hm... That's a good question, let me think a minute. One reason could be because there are not many Christians to kill. So many people hate Christians and kill them because they're Christ followers. I know, it's not a very good answer. I'll do some digging and get a better one, ok? I've got a secret weapon anyway. This means WAR! :-D

  • @PetraRocks97 Haha ok you're on! I'll do my best. The free will answer is probably the hardest one to answer to.. I heard a good answer for it once but I can't remember it. Here's mine then.. If God knows everything about you, every tiny little tendencies and personality traits and also knows the future, then there's really no point in seeing if you'd sin or not. He built you so he knows exactly how you'd react in any and all situations (since he knows all) and since he can see the future cont -

  • @PetraRocks97 He knows how you will react when faced with an opportunity to sin or not to sin. So if he knows all the ins and outs of our personalities, was the one that created us and can see into the future, then why does he get mad when we sin? If he knows exactly what person we're going to be from day one?

  • @lasoogneypubes He doesn't get angry at me when I sin. He know he's not up there waiting to club me over the head when I mess up. Yes, some things we do hurt his feelings. Like have you ever had a friend that said something about you and you weren't mad at your friend, you were just hurt? That's how God is. He's not some guy sitting in Heaven with lightning bolts at his side to through at us when we sin. This is the way I explaine the gospel to unbelievers.

  • @PetraRocks97 I meant I know He's not up there waiting to club me over the head. I typod. lol :P

  • @lasoogneypubes Say there's this gift that's so amazing, and the only way anyone could ever obtain it was to live a perfect life. Obviously, no one can make it. So one day this person walks up to you and holds out the gift and tells you He paid the price for you. He lived a sinless life and died and came back to life just to make this gift accessible to everyone. You could believe He did it and take the gift, say He didn't do it and never get the gift, or (cont)

  • @PetraRocks97 Ok well if God doesn't get angry that we sin then how come he flooded the earth and killed all the sinners and killed all of the people in Sodom and Gomorrah? And an interesting note to the story of Noahs Ark: after the flood is over he says, "I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done." Basically saying he wouldn't do it again because

  • @lasoogneypubes He wasn't happy with the sin. It's not about the people themselves. He said He won't destroy the earth with a flood. He will destroy the earth someday, no one know when though. He will destroy it with fire and make a new heaven and new earth. In Sodom and Gomorrah, Abraham kind of makes a deal with God and God says if He finds ten righteous people He won't destroy it. He destroyed it because the people were sinning so much. It's all the sin. Not humans, the sin.

  • @lasoogneypubes He didn't have to send Jesus, He sent Jesus because of His love for us. Jesus was the only one that could die and come back to life, for one thing. But He lived a completely sinless life, and no human could ever do it. I don't know for sure why God doesn't say 'ok, you're all coming to heaven!' The answer I've heard to that is so that we don't go, ok, we're all going to heaven, so why live for God? We can kill each other, rape, steal, all those things and still be saved!

  • @lasoogneypubes And yes, there are plenty of Christians who get 'fire insurance' and live the way they want to. And my heart break for those people who could be bringing people to Christ but instead they're out there living the most corrupt lives and pushing people away from God. If your child disobeys you, do you say 'oh, it's ok, that's perfectly fine. You can disobey me all you want!' No, if you were a good parent, you would punish the child so they didn't disobey you again. God is like the

  • @lasoogneypubes Ultimate Father. Again, I don't know the exact reason that God doesn't save everyone. It's not that He doesn't love us, He loves you more than you could ever know. And I know you're going to think I'm crazy but I actually didn't see that about the monk. I might look it up(I never watch the news). There's this one line I heard once from a Christian. 'Christianity and Atheism will both get you to God. One as you Savior and the other as your Judge'. So I'll see you on Judgement Day!

  • @PetraRocks97 The monk burning thing happened a long time ago, it was just an example of someone going through hell pretty much for what they believed in. You were saying before that God is just disappointed in our sin, not angry. So why did he destroy Sodom and Gomorrah and the whole earth with a flood? That sounds angry to me. After the flood he didn't say, "I won't kill everyone on earth again WITH A FLOOD" he just says he wouldn't kill everyone on earth again because we're sinful by nature.

  • @PetraRocks97 Check out that bible verse I quoted again. I have a problem with your analogy of God being the ultimate father and being obligated to punish us for disobeying. I don't know any good father that would lock his kids in the basement and torture them for all eternity. Now I know you're going to say that God doesn't send us to hell but Satan does or we send ourselves. I don't believe that. I don't want to go to hell. I'm not a bad person. I just don't see enough evidence to support

  • @lasoogneypubes Here's what He says: Genesis 9:13-15 "'I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign for the covenant between me and the earth. It shall be that when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow will be seen in the cloud; and I will remember My covenant which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh.'"

  • @PetraRocks97 Ok but he still says earlier on in that same story that he would never again kill everyone on earth because man is sinful in nature.

  • @lasoogneypubes Yes, 8:21. In the end times He will send out judgments that He has warned us about in Revelations. We won't destroy all living things. Those who saw all these judgments and heard the Gospel through all the times before He comes back will be thrown into the lake of fire for not receiving his gift. And yes, it does break His heart when we sin. And I don't know why He doesn't destroy Satan now. I think that's a question that will never be answered. I don't know the mind of God.

  • @PetraRocks97 particular. I do think you need to do waaaay more research on the big bang theory though because your argument of "explosions made the universe now they just blow stuff up" sounds like it could be easily refuted. Also what made God? How did God get here? If God is eternal then why can't the universe be eternal? Basically we know next to nothing about the universe and to just say God did it is giving up the search for the truth. For all we could have been created and placed here by

  • @lasoogneypubes God is just eternal. That's that, and His word says He made the earth. He could have made the world in one second if He wanted to. He's God. I don't know why He didn't make a bunch of worlds to live on either. I don't know everything. And I have to remember that I've been brought up in this faith and became a Christian when I was five. This argument is obviously not going to get anywhere. I think the best thing for both of us is doing research on other things(not that I'm going

  • @lasoogneypubes to change my mind and I don't think you will). But I'm thinking we're both hard-headed and we'll just end up screaming at each other. Lol but hey, I've enjoyed the argument. It's given me plenty to think about and forced me to think of answers. At least this wasn't like other arguments where the people are calling each other stupid. This was more of a debate. Well, got to go to church to learn about false religions lol. Good night and good luck. See you at the end!

  • @lasoogneypubes And just in case you were wondering, I'm not leaving because I have no more answers. I just don't feel like spending hours online talking to someone I don't know that probably isn't going to change his mind. Just thought I'd clear that up. :P

  • @PetraRocks97 extraterrestrials from a far distant galaxy. We really don't know. Speaking of aliens.. Why did God create all of those stars, planets and galaxies if he's only going to put life on Earth? What's the point of that? Seems like a huge waste of time. Also it took God 6 days to create the earth yet it only took him one day to create the rest of the universe and its many stars and planets. Just way too many plot holes in the story, my friend.

  • @lasoogneypubes Actually God does send us to Hell. And yes, you do deserve Hell and I deserve Hell. Everyone does because we all sin. Yes, I'm sure by what you've said that through human standards you are a good person. Through human standards, I'm a good person. But neither of us is perfect. I know I've lied, disobeyed, and done other things that humans just say is not a big deal. Now to evidence of God. First answer me a question. You must believe we came from nothing. Do you also believe that

  • @lasoogneypubes The universe only has the appearance of design? But if we came from nothing, we sure are complex. Our molecular structure is so advanced that no one has been able to remake it. If anything is off, it could possibly kill us. A big bang just made it? Well, what made the big bang? And you never answered why an explosion made everything but now every explosion just destroys everything. That makes no sense. Unless you've seen an explosion make something. I sure haven't.

  • @PetraRocks97 I never said I even believe in the big bang theory. You don't have to believe in any origin story to be an atheist. Who says we came from nothing? I don't know how we got here but none of the origin stories of religion make any sense and make far less sense than the big bang theory. I don't know how we got here, but I'm not gonna jump to conclusions and say that just because I don't know, that God is responsible. There is no evidence to support God and especially any one God in

  • @PetraRocks97 The existence of God. Do you think I deserve to burn forever for that? I know you don't. But God thinks I do. I'm a heretic to him and I deserve hell. The thing about Hell is that God built it for Satan, so how come Satan uses it against us now? And why doesn't God kill Satan? He's always messing with us and if he truly loves us it must break his heart constantly. He shouldn't wait for judgement day, and he shouldn't have to. He's God, just kill Satan already lol. I don't get it.

  • @PetraRocks97 Humans are evil in nature and we can't help ourselves. So not only has God killed people for sinning in many instances but in the case of the flood story, he killed everyone on earth and then basically admitted he was wrong for doing it. I have a hard time understanding the significance of Jesus dying for our sins. I know that he did it to absolve us of the hand-me-down sin from Adam and Eve, but I don't understand why that was necessary. Why couldn't God just say that he's not

  • @PetraRocks97 blaming anyone for the sins of Adam and Eve anymore? Just call off the debt? Why did he have to kill his son? He's God isn't he, so he should be able to do whatever he wants. Also I think a lot of people would volunteer to be crucified, go to hell for three days and then resurrect and go to heaven; to save everyone's souls. It is a very noble thing but I don't think Jesus is the only man that would go through that for everyone. Did you see that monk burn himself to death?

  • @lasoogneypubes Or you look at it and say 'yeah, sure, you did it, you are who you are and this gift is for real' but you never truly believe it and take the gift. But then what? You still sin, you still mess up, and even occasionally doubt that gift. You even forget it and leave it by the wayside a lot. But the giver never gets mad, He just says 'it's ok, you still have the gift'. That's God. He gave you the gift you could never get alone and never takes it back. Did that make sense at all?

  • Wow, the Christians on here have really bad answers. I'm a Christian, and this irritates me so much when the others have nothing to show. Try me... hit me with anything you've got. I've got a few questions here. If evolution is right and it took millions of years for different species to evolve into something to keep them alive, how is anything even alive? Why are we not still evolving so that we don't die? If a huge explosion created something, why do explosions now destroy things?

  • @PetraRocks97 1. You need to do a lot more research on evolution. Organisms don't evolve to "stay alive" they evolve to better themselves. 2. I think you need to do more research on the big bang theory too. There's a reasonable explanation for your question. I don't have a lot of info on it personally but only because you don't need to believe in it to refute religion. 3. Why do we even exist if there's no after life? Ok, why have life if the only point of it is to reach the afterlife?

  • God allows millions of souls to go to hell by placing them in parts of the world where they will never see a bible. Many of them will lead lives of suffering and despair, far shorter than what we know to be the norm in America, only to be sped off to hell when they die simply because they never heard of Him.

Spoiled, silly Americans never stop to think about the heaven/hell equation outside of their sheltered little world. If they did, they'd realize how ridiculous they sound speaking of it.

  • Why do you Christians continue to tell the same lies, over and over and over? All this has been refuted again and again, some of them hundreds of years ago.

Do you Christians have so little faith in your religious claims that they only way you think you can recruit followers is to lie to them?

If you recruit your followers by lying to them, then your only followers will be people who believe and respect falsehood.

Googol: "Infidel Death Beds Foote McLaren" and read it. PLEASE!!

    Positive Atheism

  • @cliffwalkinfool= The question at hand is legit, you ask christians for proof, and they give you their proof. But when they ask you for proof of your claim, you fail to comply. Admit it, its a question you cant answer nor give evidence to support it.

  • Some of those people were Deist. . .do your own effing research

  • @animallover946: God is never cruel, yet delves out ETERNAL punishment for transitory offenses? How about a more earthly analogy: Let's say your child refuses to clean his room when asked, and you respond by "lovingly" locking him in a closet. How long before the punishment outweighs the crime? An hour? A day? A week? I am certain that there is NO transgression you can imagine that justifies such punishment. So please, explain to me how the very CONCEPT of hell isn't cruel in the extreme.

  • @phoenixshade3 He gives you a choice....life?...or death?...so many choose the death...

  • "I expect death to be nothingness and, for removing me from all possible fears of death, I am thankful to atheism." ~ Isaac Asimov

  • If you're trying to convince skeptics, this is not the way to go about it. I'm highly skeptical of these quotations, and even if they were true, all they show is that lots of people find that dying kind of sucks ass, which seems kind of obvious.

  • WOW! What a revelation! Some people get scared when they feel they are about to die. Some people revert to the primitive superstitions they were indoctrinated with from birth when they fear death. I never would have guessed that! I guess it must all be true then.

By the way, even granting (fro the sake of argument) that there is an afterlife, why should anyone believe for one moment that the ignorant desert tribes of the middle east knew everything about it 2000 years ago? Get a clue!

  • You quoted Jesus. He wasn't a famous atheist. Duh....

  • So, if all these atheists realized the folly of that view with one sentence's worth of life left in them, why wasn't their last sentence "i repent" ?

Cite the sources of these quotes, or this video is mere blather.

  • By the way, 1dragonleader, this is one of the most poignant and thought provoking vids I've seen. Great job.

  • Can't wait to see the faces on some of these atheists when their ignorant arse is in the fire. Too proud, too ignorant and just too good for God, aren't you. Well, we shall see, we shall see.

Look for me when your flesh is burning, I'll be the one smiling back at you.

  • @crustydownunder You are so brainwashed. Get out if it's not too late.

  • @crustydownunder Very Christian sentiment. Why do you think I turned my back on vile, vindictive, arrogant, self-assured people like you long ago. By the way, if you are right about Jesus' divinity, I suspect we'll be sharing a seat by the fire - Jesus taught love and forgiveness, not snotty arrogance. Save me a marshmallow - we'll roast it together, you twerp.

  • @pdoylemi What a hypocrite you are. I actually read that statement on an atheists post yesterday and thought I'd use it. Funny, it seemed to be ok when he said it. He said he "argued with a Christian and the Christian had no answer and walked off", he said he "just stood there a smug look on his face". I believe God will not be mocked, one day that smug atheist will bow his knee to the true and living God, and that Christian will be smiling back at him. And I never said a smug smile.

  • @crustydownunder' look for me when your flesh is burning i'll be the one smiling back at you'the words of a true fuckin christian.

  • @megamus3 Hahahahahahaha.... it's your choice, I fail to see why you are angry at me. You want nothing to do with God. That's what you'll get.

What's it got to do with you? You hate Christians, and for no good reason, you curse us and call us all names, but if we stand up to your abuse, you throw the old, "supposed to be a Christian" line at us. The bible calls you a fool, and with great reason. Christ didn't suffer fools either. You will bow your knee one day, like it or not.

  • @crustydownunder i will be bowing no knee you book burning fool

  • @megamus3 .Every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord God Almighty.

  • @crustydownunder did you dream that up before or after you scurried out of your cave to collect some nuts and berries.

  • @megamus3 Wow! Now thats a very Christian attitude.

  • @crustydownunder I don't wish to embarrass you by any means but, your comment isn't the way the Lord would expect us, as His followers, to conduct ourselves. It comes off extremely disparaging which is the reason unbelievers speak so harshly of Christians; calling us pretentious, are turned off by Christianity as a whole, etc. I'm glad you are a defender of Christ but, please re-read 1 Peter 3:15, which basically tells us not only to defend our faith, but to do it with gentleness and respect. =)

  • @MadameDD Jesus confronted the exact same arrogance. These people have no intentions of converting to Christianity, and the bible calls them fools. I have no intentions of casting my pearls before swine. Oh, remember this, judge not least you be judged. You have no idea why I am here or, what I am trying to accomplish. Way to show support for your Christian brothers, Pal.

Oh, and if you take a look at the comment just below this one, you will see what I mean.

  • @crustydownunder Yes, I understand and fully agree with what you mean and I also understand the intent of your message and fully support it. However, I was speaking of your original post. I was not judging you, I was judging your delivery. I was merely suggesting that there are gentler ways of dealing with unbelievers. I am surely not against you. Good luck in your endeavors and God bless you. =)

  • @crustydownunder Wow you sure show that loving Christian picture. No wonder so many people hate us, it's Christians like you! Never heard 'love the sinner, hate the sin' huh? Dude, do you know what Jesus must have thought of that? He loved people, and mourns when they die without trusting in Him. I weep for those that die without believing. I want to bring people to Christ, not tell them I'm gonna laugh when they're separated from the love of God for all eternity. Next time think WWJD. PLEASE!

  • I am an Atheist it is my choice to be one. Could all the Christian please stop writing to me trying to convert me. I have tried Christianity and I don't want it thanks.

  • Supposedly on his deathbed Thomas Edison, a man who never spoke much on his spiritual beliefs or lack thereof, sat up and said "I can see it! It's beautiful over there!" just before passing on. Shakespeare said "we are all traveling upon the level of time to that undiscovered country from whose bourne no traveler returns". None of us will know until we get there. Live your life the best you can so you'll have made a positive contribution in the grand scheme of things.

  • Good Grief !

Statistics on death, say 10 out of 10 people will die.

Death is a fact of life.

We will all deal with death differently.

The difference is if they know where they are going.

Heaven if you are a believer or hell if you choose your own will.

    Who's will will you choose?

  • Beacuase a man recoils from going into a dark wood does not mean there is any danger there.

  • You are simply: a liar.

  • Why do you deluded myth-mongers make up such lies? Oh! I know! Two reasons: 1) You'll lie about anything to maintain your ridiculous bronze age delusions and 2) You're stupid.

  • 99% of those alleged quotes had no direct mention of God, Jesus, heaven, hell or faith in any of them. Granted a few did but that is all I will give you credit for as it is all that was obvious.

There are many, many more Atheists that did not pray or ask for God and/or forgiveness on their deathbeds and they far outnumber what you've compiled here.

  • @NocturnalAngel77 Theists will clutch at any straw

  • @whispersosoftly You are absolutely right. I should not have even bothered as they will not listen to reason.

  • When I first started to doubt my faith I probably could have been persuaded to come back early on. One of the things that really pushed me to be an atheist is the fact that so many things that I were told turned out to be lies. I had to ask myself why would Christians make up stories like this they have the one true religion in the world. After checking into them they were false or could not be proven true. I'm thankful with their lies I might still be a christian.

  • @jpulley --Hey buddy sorry you had a bad experience. Pls. be specific and give only ONE reason why you left christianity, or was it the love of your sin that pushed you out in the world? May God strenghten you

  • @911jypy Because god has never proven he existed. If all I have is a 2000 year old text, then Egyptians, Babylonians, Taoists (their philosophy text is older than christianity), Buddhists, Hindus, Thor, etc., are all viable religions over being a christian.

I have a question. If the Rapture happened right now would people that have had no chance to hear the word of god ( Deep China or tribes in Africa and South America) be spared? or would god let them parish?

  • @bdunham1000 That depends on an individuals heart. Every man, deep inside, know inherently that there is a God, if they are completely honest with themselves, and besides that, creation displays the glory of God. And never more beautifully as a child being born. Pure miracle of God. God does reveal himself, the the heart. A hard heart will not see it. That is why Christians believe in ONE God, other religions do not have a God that is alive. Ask Him for proof, open up to Him.

  • @crustydownunder The only proof I will need is in the end.

  • @911jypy I use to go to a large church about 6k people. I thought my pastor was just a really humble and extremely intelligent guy. One thing he said from the pulpit is that scientist had found a tooth and created a whole body from it and thought it to be part of a missing link between humans and apes. He told us that it turned out to be a pig's tooth, yet the scientist still say they found a link. This turned out to be false. The man's name was Henry Osborn he alone believed he found something.

  • @911jypy part 2(con't) He jumped then gun and started claiming he found a link and called his link Nebraska man. the scientific community never bought into Osborn's claims, because the tooth would have to hold up to more scrutiny. In the end the scientific method worked and the tooth didn't belong to a human ancestor. Today Christians use the failure of one dumb man to try to get young gullible people (formerly myself) to believe evolution is a hoax. Why would christians lie about this. (con't)

  • @911jypy part 3 (con't) my former pastor is much smarter than me. He thought greek and hewbrew at the master's level in collage and has a phd. If I know the truth about this surely he does. He just don't care. This is just one very small reason.

  • @911jypy part 4 (con't) as far as me loving sin, I'm married, and don't cheat on my wife so no fornication, I don't smoke, drink, or do any drugs, so no wild partying. I'm not gay, so no sinning there. Even as a atheist I still very rarely use a curse word. So I think you're right it must be the sin. My wild lifestyle of wife and 3 kids going to work everyday is just so dirty and sinful I can't give it up.

  • @jpulley -- "We are all infected and impure with sin. When we display our righteous deeds, they are nothing but filthy rags. Like autumn leaves, we wither and fall, and our sins sweep us away like the wind." Isaiah 64:6

I am sorry my brother for not responding sooner, sadly to say that only 2% of christians proclaim Gods word so you can say that 2% are doing 100% of the work. You are a marked man by God wont you help me? “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few...Luke 10:2

  • @911jypy I don't want to argue if there is a god or not I know that cannot be proven. What I would like to know is why Christians make up lies like this death bed conversion video? We get lied to in church about evolution being false. Lied to about the age of the earth. Lied to about Jews enslaved in Egypt. Lied to about countless miracles and faith healings that happen overseas all the time but for some reason are always unverifiable. You don't find this strange? They lie because they have to

  • @jpulley @HoneyNVinegar Theists will always argue against science because science is the complete opposite of religion. It demands proof, always looks for answers and documents its findings, and readily accepts what is currently unknown.

  • @MandiFoxall It is really sad that so many like you have no idea what you are talking about. The basis of all science is religion. All Math with the exeption of Bertrand Russell's attempt at Math is based on religion. Algebra (Islam), Geometry (Greek Mystery Religion), Trigonometry (Egyptian Religion), Calculus (Christianity) all have religious base. Physics is called "Newtonian Physics" for true. Designed by Sir Isaac Newton, as a testatment to his religious knowledge. Sorry you're wrong

  • @jpulley I am sory u had a bad experience, we are NOT to believe our pastors, our parents, our professor, our teachers, our priest, our doctor, WE ARE TO BELIEVE ONLY WAT THE BIBLE SAYS. We have to die of ourselves so that our children & family can B saved. You & I know that U are not raising ur children, their teacher is raising them, the music, the tv, their friends, the internet, etc. Get back on track my brother, dont let the god of this world take you n ur family away. Blessings

  • LOL, theists love to make up all these deathbed conversion stories. It's a load of lies.

  • Typical, you can only get believers with lies!

  • That is fucking bullshit... Where DID you get your information? That's like saying Charles Darwin saying he repented and became christian on his deathbed, you fucking retard.

  • Comment removed

  • @TehBombIsKewl -- Sorry my friend, but biblicaly speaking....If you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior...the bible says "YOU WILL BE SAVED"... you and I don't understand it but the scriptures are clear.

When Jesus Christ was crusified, He was crusified with 2 other thieves, one of them said "Jesus, remember me when you come into your Kingdom.”

And Jesus replied, “I assure you, today you will be with me in paradise.”

They are not my words but R written in the book of Luke chap.23:43

  • @911jypy But you are really going to believe a text that is over 200 years old, put together by committee, even omitted chapter where Jesus was married ( yes I said married. it is against Jewish law for a Rabbi, which Jesus was, to be unmarried when they are younger let alone 30.) or finally the fact that god would set human on this planet like a plague to destroy it. Either god doesn't care, is a no show father let his chidden destroy his planet.

  • @bdunham1000 ---Hey friend, you seem to have a lot in your mind. You mention that Jesus was married, where did you get this information besides hearing it from ur college proffessor or a text book, cause I would really would like to see it. I will wait for your reply.

  • @911jypy I made a inaccurate statement.

Exerpt - Unmarried Jewish Men in the Time of Jesus - by Rev. Dr. Mark D. Roberts

Two prominent Jewish writers from the first-century A.D., Philo and Josephus, said that some Jewish men in the time of Jesus were single by choice. Philo, a contemporary of Jesus, a Jewish philosopher who lived in Alexandria and who wrote many volumes in the first half of the century. Josephus was a Jewish historian who wrote at end of the century.

    Check him out and enjoy

  • @bdunham1000 -- I told you no textbooks friend. Do you believe everything you read?

I know about the historian jewish Josephus, he lived during the Apostel Pauls time. One thing I know for a fact that is writen on the manuscripts of Josephus is that he wrote that Jesus rose from the grave. Many people say that Josephus did not say that.....its right there. I will take a curious look at the textbook you mentioned, thou.

    Thanks bud.

  • @911jypy Well I was admitting I jumped the gun... providing text that I read that explains.

I on the other hand I could argue and you could argue till our faces were blue, but we would not budge on our truths. So I end this with... Good argument I had fun :)

  • @bdunham1000 Can I but in. Jesus was never married. Nowhere in the bible does it say he was. There have been a lot of people try and discredit God with lies and so forth. God never told us to destroy the planet. that is our choice. You must understand that God cannot go back on His word. He gave man free will, it is up to us. He gave us everything we need, but there are secret hidden societies that want to destroy everything. The Illuminati, ungodly men with evil intentions.

  • @crustydownunder Your reading to much Dan Brown. Giving his children a choice is one thing but destroying what he has created is another... right?

  • @TehBombIsKewl Google: Special Appendix 2 evolutionfacts. There's your answer bud. Choose life or death now before it's too late. Read Acts 2:37-39, if you don't understand it read first couple verses in Acts chapter 2.

  • @TehBombIsKewl they actually believe he did.

  • @TehBombIsKewl Charles Darwin was baptized an Anglican and grew up going to church every week. Why would it be so hard to believe that he repented on his death-bed? If you know anyone that works in a hospital or elderly home, ask them, it is extremely common. it is actually abnormal for someone not to put things in order before they die. My mother did. She even called out his name just before she went. It's not a secret that people do this, most people I know say the same. thing

  • Hell did not even exist until the 15 century. Punishment and reward is supposed make you a better christian or muslim.

  • @bdunham1000 Hell has existed before humans existed. People didn't invent Hell, God did. He made it for Satan and his fallen angels. He never wanted humans to have to go there but they themselves decided they'd rather be sinful than follow God.

  • @animallover946 When you get to heaven ask god for me why he allows chidden to suffer, even at the hands of some of his followers. If god attempts to give you the free will speech like so many christians love to give. Tell him you don't by it. Even a child is punished for being disobedient. Do you punish your child? If so you are better father than the father himself.

  • @bdunham1000 *Children to Suffer

  • @bdunham1000 God doesn't want any child to suffer. He LOVES children! People suffer unfortunately, that's part of life. God cares about everyone so much. Children are punished for being disobedient because they have to learn right from wrong. I don't have a child and I could never be a father because I'm a girl.

  • @animallover946 Well madam I call them like a see them God sucks! Great argument: free will. These children don't have that. I guess the church has always set a president that God hates poor people. Instead "part of life", that is evolution statement... only the strongest and smartest survive.

  • @bdunham1000 God doesn't suck at all! God cares about poor people very much. The Bible is full of verses that say that people should help the poor. Money is not important to God. Jesus said that it is very hard for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God because they put possessions before God. I really don't know what children you are talking about, but I know God cares about them very much.

  • @thenobs123 1.Information, esp. of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view.(This video is just that) Guessing by your statement, you dont know what that means so i posted it for you.

  • @nokillingme I dont remember what I said. I dont understand your comment either.

  • Gandhi once wrote, I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ.

You are demonstrating he's point exactly with this video!

  • @MrAndrewhull I decided about a year ago to start a book of quotes containing my favorites quotes. That one made the first page. Good quote my friend.

  • @MrAndrewhull - Yes, Gandhi is a wonderful man,Gandhi does not like christians because WE ARE ALL SINFULL as filthy rags. If Gandhi believed in Jesus Christ, U bet he is in heaven w our LORD Jesus Christ. "God so loved the world that whoever believes in HIM shall not perish but have EVERLASTING life.:

God did not send His Son to condemn the world (we are already condemend) but that the world through Him shall b saved. Give urself a chance to know who Jesus Christ is and Live, even if you die.

  • @911jypy Stop drinking the Kool-aid! Jesus Christ if anything was just a man and nothing else.

  • @MrAndrewhull ..My friend at least you know that Jesus did live. Thank you for giving Him credit. But how do you know for an established fact that He was just a man, how do you know.

  • @911jypy You would have loved hanging out with people like David Koresh and Charles Manson, they strived on individuals like yourself!

  • @MrAndrewhull --My friend, dont walk out of a simple question I asked. Again, "How do you know for an established fact that Jesus was just a man?" There are hundreds of evidence that reach thousands of years of Him. So how do you know?

  • @911jypy Give me some evidence then of Jesus being anything other than a man, remember you made the claim there were hundreds. Don't give me beliefs but actual evidence.

    ev·i·dence

    1. that which tends to prove or disprove something; proof.

2.something that makes plain or clear; an indication or sign.

3.Law . data presented to a court or jury in proof of the facts in issue and which may include the testimony of witnesses, records, documents, or objects.

  • @MrAndrewhull jesus performed miracles, and he proclaimed himself as God, which no on in there right mind would ever do during that time, and also every single prophecy was fufilled when jesus was born and died, and there is historical evidence of jesus dieng and comming back to life with nothing in his tomb, there was prophecy's before this even happened, and it ended up being true. you dont wanna believe it man. u dont wanna die without God in your life bro. ill pray for you.

  • @dewana811 Show me some evidence! and stop the babbling, everything you're spewing reminds me of David Koresh talking crazy. Do you understand the difference between belief and fact?

  • @MrAndrewhull lol if you really cared you would look up some reasearch.. i already did mine and i dont gotta explain to you, if you are going to say something is wrong, reasearch it ma boy. i got my facts, i got my historical evidence and facts! if you truly cared, you would do the same. not wait for people on you tube to do it for you, there are people who can answer your questions.. just go ask. i got one question for ya, how was everything created if it wasn't God?

  • @dewana811 I don't know yet how everything was created but I do know it wasn't some magical god in the sky who waved his hand and poof it was there! lol........ Where did he get all that clay? ha ha.....

The answer might be in quantum mechanics(still trying to grasp it) who knows? I'm just now finally to understand Einstein theory of relativity.

  • @MrAndrewhull lol well, this question has been floating along for how long? and over 2 billion people believe its God, we have an answer. the only answer is in the bible. we both agree that something strange happened for us to be created. every theory you can think of has been disproved. So yes, i believe there is a God, and ill tell u somethin the devil tries to do, tries to make you believe that he aint real, and God aint real. so do some research brah, and give me an answer.

  • @dewana811 Well good luck with that and watch out for that boogy man under you bed! he's real because the bible says so! lol........

Expand your knowledge, Just because the bible says the Earth is flat doesn't mean it's true!

  • @MrAndrewhull LOL im glad i know that i just proved you wrong bc u came back with that answer. and when the world does end, and u see God, i hope u remember this argument, and God will take in consideration that you had a chance to turn to him, and u still regected him. just keep that into consideration, you still have your whole life to change ur mind man. i pray that you get led in the right direction ma brotha. peace out :)

  • @dewana811 For a prophecy to be true it would have had to been predicted before the event, as evidence in that era we tend to want to see this in written form before the event ever happened not written as stories many decades later by men living nomadically who heard it from others and again past down from others.

  • @MrAndrewhull well the prophecys were predicted before the event.. the old testament was B.C and if you did some reasearch you would know that if you actually lived during those times, people kept there words, and if you are going to say, how do we know the bible is true? than how do we know all of our historic evidence is true? that we base our life around.. during that time, lieng was very rare, why wouldnt people question that back than? are u saying they are all stupid lol.

  • If the old testament predicted jesus why didn't they name him Immanuel like they predicted? lol

  • @MrAndrewhull first off, its Emmanuel loool! and if you did ur research like i asked, Emmanuel means, God is with us, which is another name for jesus, which means God is salvation, so weather they called him Jesus or Emmanuel it the same thing. you wouldnt understand bc u were born over 2000 years later.

  • @dewana811 It's not the same thing, If the prophecy was true they would have been correct in the name and called him jesus and not emmanuel! Besides it was so open to interpretation it was ridicules and the 1 exact thing that had to be true was the name and they f-that up....

  • @MrAndrewhull lool, mary and Joseph knew what the prophecy was before they named him jesus, they def had full consideration that they both meant the same thing, but ur sooo blind to the fact that 20 different, CRAZY prophecys were fufilled, things that would never happen by coincidence, but ur still tied up by a name that means the same exact thing as the other? lol u dont even make sense bro serioulsy u dont.

  • @dewana811 Thats another thing that baffles me. Mary and Joseph were married but they never had sex and supposedly Mary was a virgin(like I really believe that)!!!! MMMmmmmmm....... Sounds like mary needs to go on the muary Show! (Your not the father) lol..... Ya think Brah that maybe Mary was sneaking out at night to get some?

  • @MrAndrewhull if u can prove to me that God didn't create everyone and everything, than i can believe that it is impossible for mary to be conceived with a baby without having sex. but you cant, because something impossible happened before with this world, why wouldnt i believe that mary was concieved without having sex? i mean it did say in the bibile a women would have a baby and not have sex to have it? was that not a prophecy being fulfilled? thats another one for ya.

  • @dewana811 Common sense alone should make you see that the burden of proof lies with those proving the existance of an event or entity. It is not only totally illogical to ask someone who does not believe, but also impossible for them to even attempt to prove the non-existance of something they already believe does not exist.

  • @dewana811 And simply saying "us being here is the proof", is not proof.

  • @MrAndrewhull - My friend you did not answer my question for your claim.

Anyways, I will answer your question. There is evidence for your questions, give me sometime to find out where exactly are the translated manuscripts. You are talking about 4000 years back. You may need to buy a ticket to visit Israel, Rome or Greek.

God loves Alcoholics, drug addicts, Liars, murderers, atheists and siners like myself. Just Believe in Him, how hard is that? talk to u soon

  • @MrAndrewhull "Gandhi once wrote, I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ"

That's why we need a savoir. Christian's can sometimes be the worst example to others. Remember this...Just because someone claims to be something doesn't make him that something.

I pray that God blesses you all.

  • LOL,when u die, u die that's it Lol,Get used to it,cowards

  • This is sick and perverse, preying on the all too human fears of men at their lowest point, disgusting!
