They are amazing to drive through the hills, like many other cars. It depends what you're after.. If you want to hit up the hills or track work, these cars are great, If you're looking for burnouts and drags, what you seem to be into might be the better choice.

well the alternator starts to not spin, but the belt keeps spinning and thats where the screeching comes in... I would suggest replacing the alternator sooner rather than later

to set things straight, this is an sr5 chassis converted to gts powertrain. it's a small port 4age, stock headers, believe it still had the cat, belt was loose because had to use sr5 alt bracket but fixed that already. It still sound the same to this day except the little exhaust leak that was present there, if u can hear it. how i know, cus this is my brother's car.

86 is not the year. It's the chassis number for the car. The Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86 is the same as the Toyota Corolla GT-S sold in the US. People just like to call them Eight Sixs
