@fuckyouxx3 I'm guessing you'll have to purchase another one off them. I've just encountered that issue too, ran out of air in the canister but I still have product. I'm guessing they should sell air canister refills but I think they only sell the entire contraption as is.

sorry to say but i dont believe in this product anymore. my friend ordered it and after 3 months, still didn't receive it. and when she finally went to the bank to get her refund that's the only time they replied her email. they also use all their time promoting on twitter and even texting their customers after hearing complaints. wow. so business like? just speaking my opinion. i dont want anyone conned. you can check other reviews on here and makeup alley . c(o)m if you dont believe my story

@neSarang3528 Hi there, I have heard the complaints regarding their customer service and all which is what is causing me to wonder if I should remove the video though I am going to say that product-wise, I do like using it. So that's why I am conflicted on whether I should keep this up or not. I do wish they would change their customer service and attitude. If things get worst I'm probably taking the video off. Thanks for your advice!

@icyabstract yeah product-wise it sounds really good. i was going to buy it until i heard from my friend's experience and many others on here. but if they asked you to review the product then you did a really good job =) i just hope they would shape up their company because with a self tanner this good they could make big money.

@neSarang3528 Aw thank you. They did send it to me and I got this video up before the controversy started, so I didn't know anything about it during the time of filming (hence didn't mention it). I didn't think to take it down immediately just because it is a product I believe in (product-wise), but yes I do wish they can fix their customer service or else it really is such a shame.

@icyabstract You do understand Sunlove threatens people...I think it is a disservice to your subscribers and young men and women who depend on gurus like you for product advice. They have an F rating on the Better Business Bureau site..that should tell you something. You really should take this down. I mean no offense, you're a beautiful, talented girl, darlin.. Though at the same time that whole drama that happened when Elle took her video down is something I don't want to happen. But I guess you are right about that. I should see to taking these vids down. @sistasteph2020 It smells nice actually! I can't describe it but what I think of is cherry candy. Though the self-tanner scent does kick in much later but it's not very strong.

I was wondering how you spray your face? like do you just do it like the way you sprayed your body but in circular motions?

Yeap! When I spray my face, instead of short bursts, I like to hold down on the nozzle, I feel safer that way because with short bursts, there can be instances where the product might not come out as even because of the slight build-up at the rim area.

hey! im a dark person but i want to get darker. (im chinese.) you know, like a swimmer-kind-of-dark. would this self-tanner be sufficient?

and if i've to hold it parallel to the ground wouldn't it be hard to get some parts of my body e.g. the back of my arm or my back etc?

Yes most definitely. This self-tanner works according to your skintone, so it will still show up if you are dark.

As for reaching certain parts, I would say the biggest issue would be the back. The back of your arms and all are fine once you get used to working around the product. The back though, you might need someone to spray it for you.
