step one take cig and twist screw down cig 1/2 inch and pull out then keep going deeper. after that there should be some at the very end that you have to aplie presure with ur finger and roll upside down and the rest should be out. now u take your bud/ shake [make sure its grinded really thin] take the grinded bud and put it down the empty cigarete and take the othere side of ur screw and compact it with the back part of the screw and repeat. once full make sure its compact and twist the end TY.

Look up the Secret Agent joint roll. You'll find it on google or something, but I find it looks, smokes and gets you more high than your standered "marijuana cigarette". P.S half the toxins in cigarettes are contained in the paper. Try Zig Zags, OCB or Bob Marley kingsizes. Made from pure hemp and burn a lot more smoother and longer than normal papers.

A couple of tips, if you heat up the cigarette to a warmer temperature by holding a lighter under it, the tobacco will come out without having to take so much time, and for the filter, or roach, use a zig zag pattern instead of just rolling it up, much more effective and much more healthy, anyways good video and keep posting.

the filter itself is actually cotton fiber packed and rolled tight enough for smoke (with nicotine to be filtered of SOME of its tar and other additives to a "healthier" smoke) however the filter has been known to decrease the strength of the high as the large cotton filter "filters" some of the THC (chemical in marijuana that gets you high) from reaching your lungs.
